dearest fall

I don't know if it's the aroma, the sight of  mums all colorful, or the weather but fall is my favorite season. When I was a kid fall reminded me of the fair but now as an adult fall brings a new meaning to me and even more fall break!!!  I love being off the same time as the kiddos. It is so thrilling to get to relax with them and get caught up on life, appointments, projects and even laundry.

The Solomon crew picked a family building project to do over fall break! We love the game corn hole! We usually borrow Uncle Bruce's game but we decided this would be a fun thing to build together!  If you haven't played it yet try it out.

While the boys went camping the girls went to play!

We got some Nana spoiling and went couponing! We went to all our favorite goodwill's and thrift stores!

The freaks come out at night!

It's always more fun to make halloween treats while wearing costumes!

If you are cracking up you should have seen Steve and the boys when they got home earlier than we expected and found us baking in these!
All I'm saying is don't knock it till you've tried it.

pumpkin bread recipe here!

Glad you had a good week.
Fall is the best.
