Time marches on!

I'm all over the place with my thoughts so I am sure this post will be all over the place!

We just finished an amazing wrestling season. It felt so weird this past week to actually see both my sons before bed time!  It felt even crazier that we didn't sit on the bleachers all week-end! I have so many pictures of the amazing time we had at state!

But for now I am working so hard on my school work! I love being in 2nd grade! It's like a dream come true. I knew I would love it but I didn't know how much I'd love it! I really love it!  I'm so excited every night and can't wait to try new things to see what might work better. It is a constant motion in my head! I survived my first two observations. One went great the other not so much!  I have another one this week. It will be nice to be over the observation part and all the paperwork that comes with it!

Spring break is in 15 school days! REALLY!

Blake gave a great talk at church today. It was one of those last minute almost forgot talks!!! I couldn't have pulled it off but he did great. Sometimes I can't believe my kid is 16 and  blesses the sacrament.

Andrew will be 15 in 23 days. Can I survive another driver's permit so soon?

Happy 18 years!

18 years ago today I made the best decision of my life. My life has been so blessed and full.

Steve and I  met at Ricks Jr. College now known as BYU Idaho.  I had just graduated high school and Steve had just returned from his mission in Italy.  I knew from the first time I saw him that I would marry him and soon after that first spotting we met and got engaged in 3 weeks. It was a whirlwind. It was really out of character for me to commit so fast  since I was "in love" with a boy back home!  And not to mention I was in LDS dating ground having the time of my life. Steve was also wrapped up in a girl back home.  But it was really love at first sight!  For me that instant confirmation has been a blessing throughout our marriage.  In a few short months we were married in the Atlanta, GA temple for eternity.

Today when I reflect back over that past 18 years and where we started and are today-it really takes my breath away. I am so thankful!
