This week has been a CRAZY! I am sure for everyone. After going to the doctors office yesterday I can tell everyone must have had a sick week!
Tuesday night the girls and I were having a fun craft night. LB wanted to make carmel apples for everyone. So we bought all the stuff and got busy! I wasn't even thinking about the hot carmel. The girls were dipping their apples in and some hot boiling carmel dripped on C.'s hand. Oh my gosh. I was not expecting the next couple of hours of pain. My poor baby girl. Wednesday (Halloween) she stayed home from school and we just doctor it really good. But in the night Wedn. night it totally got worse. UGH. So Thurs. we took her to the Dr.... Steve went too. It was nasty. I won't go in to details. We had to keep her home again today so the wound could close up. The medicine is kicking in and she is doing so much better this morning.
So much for my fun craft night with the girls.
so I am posting the pre burn pictures and Halloween night. C. was a dog, LB a pig, A. a obese jailman ( I think) and B. changed from a mummy to a mask at the last min. We had a great night riding on s trailer trick or treating with cousins. I loved it and didn't want it to end.

YIKES! We understand burns at our house. Do you remember when Molly FELL INTO the burn pit when she was about 2 or 3? You are a better mommy than me, you took your child to the doctor! I hope she is feeling better soon!
I remember...and I totally wasn't even thinking about taking her to the dr. until Janice(gMa) saw the burn. She thought it looked infected. It was so glad she recommended the doctor. Ugh.
Will you PLEASE take better care of my sweet C? We cannot have a world without Happy C. I think she and E have this invisible connection - he asked me if he could miss the rest of the day on Wed (party at school) and come home with me because he was "just feeling sad today". Perhaps he knew about C's burn...
I hope little C gets better soon!!! Poor little thing :(
Ohhh, we so miss you guys! We are missing out on all the fun cousin things! These pictures are priceless! Look at Wesley!! LOL
