I LOVE FRIDAY!

Friday-Friday-Fun fun Friday!
This day of the week has new meaning for me. When I worked as a photographer Friday was the beginning of a long working weekend but as a teacher.....hmmmm sweet rewards. Blue jeans and sneakers day for me and for my students we test of Friday. Test over the material that we've worked so hard for all week! Then we play educational games like the quotation game, the subtraction game, scoot, sparkle and as many others that we can squeeze in to review our skills!  Today we are dressing up like our famous American hero and reading our biographies that we've worked on in class for two weeks. Since I don't believe in homework, researching a hero for each child has been especially hard to squeeze into our already packed days! This should be such a reward for all our hard work!  Oh sweet Friday how I love you!!!
