Promised post to Katie-Better late than never-My new Fluidity bar! I love it. My husband wasn't suppose to get it for me until my birthday. I will be turning 34, ugh, this month. But he got it for Christmas instead. What a great surprise. My friend Meghan told me all about it. But more than told me she looks great. She has been an inspiration. She is even on the infomercial. WOW. Any way the idea is to strengthen then stretch your muscles. It also come with videos to do along with your bar! I am pretty out of shape and I can feel it when I do it. Still no results yet but maybe if I would stop eating cookies I could see faster results. How long Meghan till I can look like you!! Thanks Steve for the early surprise.

Ok, who is meghan. What did she look like before? Glad you liked those bars Cynthia. Guess what, I made them tonight. My family requested them AGAIN! umm... yeah, we are not dieting.
We would have had ooey gooey bars too but we had no bakes instead! We are not dieting either!

I got a Fluidity bar back in November and the first month lost an inch off my waist!! I LOVE IT! It is the best total body workout I have found for me - and only 2-3 days a week!! Works great for busy moms who can't get exercise into their busy schedules. I'm still wondering when I'll be able to do the abdominal exercises... The little I can is working, though.
